Deb Egloff


Rev. Deb Egloff began her part time connection with the church in Beavercreek in May of 2019, while she was serving part time with McKinley UMC in West Dayton. She was born in Wisconsin, and attended Purdue University where she met Mark and studied Education. She taught elementary school in Fairborn Ohio and Aurora Colorado while Mark was on active duty with the Air Force. Deb also taught classes for a private practice in Obstetrics and Gynecology after completing a course of study in maternal and child health which was the bridge to her call to ministry. Deb did her seminary work at United Theological Seminary in Dayton and General Theological Seminary in New York City. She is a also a National Trainer for Godly Play, training others in the spiritual guidance of children. She and Mark have a son who is in law
enforcement, and a daughter who works with a Flower Farm in the Columbus Ohio area. Deb and Mark have 2 grandsons at Stivers School for the Arts. Deb has enjoyed a 21 year career in professional service to God through the work of ministry. She sees ministry as a time to draw
close to God and wonder continually about the goodness and the mystery of God. Her love for children and senior citizens and the intergenerational community empowers this ministry.
