Welcome to Boxology with Coach B: Boxing 101, a basic boxing class.
All people are welcome: men and women, old and young, beginners and experienced. If you are looking to get fit, learn self-defense, or learn basic boxing skills including stance, footwork, offense, and defense, Boxology with Coach B is for you. We have a rigorous core, cardio, and cross-fit routine that will get you in shape and you will also receive inspirational motivation from Coach B (Dr. Pete Bellini) who leads the class. Coach B regularly makes a connection between the lessons of boxing and the lessons of life. Training is tailored for your experience and ability level. Light sparring and physical contact are by choice only (non-combat and combat training are by choice). Boxing training has also been shown to slow down the effects of Alzheimer’s and dementia and build better brain performance.
