We’re excited to support our Fighting Chance community at the first annual “Unity Within Us” Recovery Rally.

Cooler Duty: Collect/borrow 10 LARGE coolers. Clean and label with the owner’s name. Drop off at church before 9 am on June 10th
Drinks: Donate individually packaged drinks (water, pop, juice) to the event. Please deliver to Mosaic Church on or before the date of the event.
Cookie Bakers: Bake and pack cookies for the lunch boxes
Ice Duty – Grab 6 Large bags each of ice and deliver NLT 10 am. Poor ice into loaded coolers.
Grill Duty – Ensure gas tanks are full by Friday. Begin grilling hamburgs and hotdogs by 9am. Lunch is to be ready by noon.
Kitchen Helpers – Arrive by 9 am. Help prep food for lunch boxes. Help pack lunch boxes.
Trash Duty – Monitor the trash cans throughout the Rally and empty and replace trash bags as needed.
Greeters – Greet attendees and answer questions, bathroom directions, make everyone feel at home, and pass out event information.
Information Table – Man the Mosaic / Fighting Chance information table for an hour and a half.
Clean Up Crew – Help empty coolers, put chairs back, put tables back, clean kitchen, and make sure all trash cans are emptied.
Runner – Make yourself available for anything needed.
Set-Up Crew – Help get our space ready for our Rally visitors.
